Car rental desks are located in Terminals T1 and T2, in the arrivals area near the baggage claim exit. After landing you follow the “Car Rental” signs and find the desk of your chosen company in the relevant terminal.
Yes, when booking it is important to specify the arrival terminal so that the desk and pickup car park match your flight. Large companies serve both terminals, but the pickup location can differ, so check the terminal in your voucher and confirmation email.
With desk pickup you go to the company’s office inside the terminal, sign the contract, receive the keys and then walk to the car park. The Meet & Greet format means a company representative meets you at an agreed point and escorts you to the car, usually in an external car park.
