When to write to us vs the rental company
RCForYou (RC4Y) is an independent comparison platform, not a rental company. We do not manage cars, take payment or change an existing contract.

- You have questions about how the site, filters or comparison works.
- You found a technical error (wrong price display, broken link).
- You represent a rental company and want a partnership.
- You want to leave feedback about the service or report unfair supplier behaviour found via our platform.
Write to the rental company on your booking confirmation if
- You need to change dates, time or pickup/return location.
- You want to cancel or modify an existing booking.
- You have questions about deposit, credit card or insurance.
- You have a vehicle issue (breakdown, accident, replacement).
- You need help with deposit release after the rental.

Can you force a supplier to return my deposit?
We cannot control partner finance operations. If published conditions were breached, tell us — we investigate and may take action against the partner for future users.
