How car search works

Finding and booking a car via RCForYou takes four steps. You can browse without registration; booking is completed directly with the rental company.

Step 1: Set basic parameters

Choose a country, city or airport pickup point and exact rental dates and times. These fields are required to build results.

Tip: use your real arrival or hotel check-in time to avoid unavailable cars after delays.

Step 2: Apply filters that matter to you

Mark what is critical for your trip:

• Payment terms: no deposit, low deposit, cash or debit without a credit-card hold.
• Documents: filters such as Russian driving licence where relevant.
• Vehicle: automatic gearbox, class, fuel type.
• Comfort: unlimited mileage, full insurance, free cancellation.

Step 3: Review the comparison results

You see cars from different suppliers that match your filters — total price, deposit terms and included options.

Each offer shows supplier details and document requirements so you can compare side by side.

Step 4: Continue to booking

When you choose an offer you go to the rental company’s site to sign the contract directly. RCForYou does not take payment or store card data.

Further changes (dates, extension, return) are handled with the rental company.
